Electrical Equipment Engineering Manager

Position Overview: The Equipment and Electrical Engineering Manager at CIG Solar Manufacturing plays a crucial role in supervising the upkeep, repair, and functionality of all machinery within the manufacturing facility. This position is essential in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently to enhance production quality and effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the upkeep, repair, and functionality of all machinery and facilities.
  • Formulate and execute maintenance schedules and protocols.
  • Lead the maintenance and facility personnel.
  • Guarantee adherence to safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain precise records of maintenance tasks and equipment conditions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment and facility oversight.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in CAD, Factory Electrical Design, Construction, and other relevant fields related to factory utilities.
  • Experience in identifying all requirements for a new factory, from initial setup to machine installation and mass production, coordinating with external entities as needed.
  • Capability to manage relevant procurement activities when necessary.
  • Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean manufacturing practices related to high-speed machinery.
  • Experience in spare parts and budget management.
  • Assembly line experience in the Solar, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or automotive sectors is advantageous.

  • Address any machinery or facility issues promptly.

  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.

  • Maintain open communication with all team members.

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
