This position is vital in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently to enhance production effectiveness and maintain quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise the upkeep, repair, and functionality of all machinery and facilities.
- Design and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Lead the maintenance and facility personnel.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
- Keep precise records of maintenance activities and equipment conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment and facility oversight.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance protocols and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in CAD, Factory Electrical Design, Construction, and other relevant fields related to factory utilities.
- Experience in assessing all requirements for a new manufacturing facility, from initial setup to machine installation and ramping up to mass production, coordinating with external companies as needed.
- Capability to manage relevant procurement activities when necessary.
- Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean manufacturing practices related to high-speed machinery.
- Experience in spare parts and budget management.
- Assembly line experience in the Solar, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or automotive sectors is advantageous.
