Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
  • Keep precise records of maintenance activities and equipment conditions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment and facility oversight.
  • In-depth knowledge of maintenance protocols and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in CAD, Factory Electrical Design, Construction, and other relevant fields related to factory utilities.
  • Experience in assessing all requirements for a new manufacturing facility, from initial setup to machine installation and ramping up to mass production, coordinating with external companies as needed.
  • Capability to manage relevant procurement activities when necessary.
  • Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean manufacturing practices related to high-speed machinery.
  • Experience in spare parts and budget management.
  • Assembly line experience in the Solar, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or automotive sectors is advantageous.
