Business Operations Coordinator Job Description

This is an intermediate professional level role requiring a Business Operations Coordinator to provide exclusive, full-range HR functional support to the IT organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as recruiting, maintaining employee personnel records, performance management consulting, managing compensation and benefits, addressing issues related to employee and labor relations, and more.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and IT.
