Hourly Rate: $31.55 to $45.07, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients who are acutely ill and recovering from a wide variety of surgical and medical conditions in our 30-bed surgical care unit. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver patient-centered nursing care and participate in patient and family education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions using computerized documentation systems.
- Coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
- Maintain cultural and diversity awareness when interacting with patients, visitors, co-workers, and other customers.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or current Multistate Compact License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
- Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical experience in an acute care hospital setting is required.
