Job Title: Mechanical Operations Manager

Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Mechanical Operations Manager to join our team. As a Mechanical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall technical integrity of the center and all its equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining building maintenance, lanes, pinsetters, pins, bowling balls, ball returns, scoring equipment, and all other related mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all company protocols, policies, and procedures, including OSHA safety practices.
  • Schedule and supervise mechanics and clean team members.
  • Perform building and mechanical checklists at scheduled times and make repairs as needed.
  • Interview, train, develop, and evaluate team members.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment throughout the facility.
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Replace and change HVAC filters as needed.
Requirements:
  • Electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
