Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Residential Care Coordinator to join our team at Comfort Keepers. As a Residential Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate resident care services, including scheduling and managing care schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, their families, and caregivers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and documentation.
  • Cover shifts within the Independent Living Community as needed.
  • Supervise and train caregivers as required.

Requirements:

  • HCA or CNA certification in the state of Washington.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
