We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team supporting detention/correctional or residential healthcare operations project for our government customer in Tacoma, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office files, databases, and electronic spreadsheets, including timesheets, leave requests, contract documents, and invoices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all records, including medical and personnel records, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and sensitive office matters.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare reports, and receive and screen visitors and telephone calls.
  • Independently accomplish tasks, maintain calendars, and reschedule appointments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree preferred; High School Diploma minimally acceptable.
  • Minimum one year direct experience in a healthcare setting as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance and pre-employment medical clearance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment:

Facility operates 24/7/365; employee may be required to respond during emergency activations. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must respond to medical emergencies within four minutes and perform CPR/emergency care standing or kneeling.

Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
