RN Emergency Nurse

As a skilled RN Emergency Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our fast-paced Emergency Department. You will be responsible for coordinating care with other disciplines, utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care in a safe and healing environment.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- 9 months of RN experience or completion of the Adventist Health RN residency program required.
- RN experience working in an ED/ER preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Oregon required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
