Job Description

At MedPOINT Management, we're seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our IPA (Independent Physician Association) department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our Members and Providers receive exceptional service.

This role involves serving as a liaison between IPA and its Members and Providers. You'll be responsible for responding to and resolving questions and problems from current Providers/Members or their representatives and other appropriate parties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Multitasking in a fast-paced Call Center Environment
  • Explaining how the plan works and how to utilize the service
  • Clarifying benefits, eligibility, verification, and claim status
  • Participating as a team player by demonstrating support to peers, management, and department goals
  • Attending meetings and training sessions as scheduled
  • Assisting with training new employees as needed
  • Documenting all Provider/Member inquiries and complaints in appropriate systems

We're looking for someone with:

  • A high school diploma
  • Two years of Customer Service/Telemarketing sales or related experience
  • Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Managed Care plans, CPT Codes, and ICD-10

The ideal candidate will possess excellent telephone techniques, interpersonal, and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
