PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR
The Procurement Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the Purchasing Manager with the oversight of purchase orders, entering data into the company's E-2 system, monitoring order statuses, collaborating with various departments to ascertain purchasing requirements, and ensuring the accuracy of invoice and contract records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate online procurement and input data into the E-2 System.
  • Generate Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for suppliers.
  • Monitor orders and RFQs to guarantee prompt delivery.
  • Maintain internal databases with comprehensive order information.
  • Engage with suppliers as necessary to verify or modify orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement-related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Entry-level position; prior experience as a Procurement Assistant, Purchasing Agent, or in a comparable role is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with the E-2 software system is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
