Our broad and flexible portfolio of products and services, combined with our international network of local insurers in over 150 countries, enables us to offer a wide range of domestic and global insurance solutions for U.S.-based multinational companies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement international insurance programs and create instruction forms for our network partners abroad.
  • Upload instructions and premium bookings in our Global Network Portal.
  • Internal communication with our Servicing Offices, Underwriting, Administration, and Accounting.
  • Monitor and track policy documentation and premium status.
  • Support the accounting department in the settlement of premiums with captives, insurers, and brokers.
  • Develop effective internal and external working relationships, including Underwriting, Accounting, brokers, and clients, potentially participating in relevant internal and external meetings.
  • Proactively assess and prioritize own daily, weekly, and monthly work to meet deadlines and ensure service standards are met.
  • Support in the further development and improvement of the IP process.
  • Assist in training new team members.

**Requirements**

  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal, reading, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and/or
  • First professional experience in industrial insurance in all lines of business and/or experience in the implementation of international insurance programs desirable.
