Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team at MMC Inc. As a key member of our Global Mobility Department, you will be responsible for providing expertise and support to our Operating Companies across the US and Canada in the areas of Domestic Relocation and Immigration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and support to HR colleagues, People Managers, and employees on immigration inquiries, status updates, and strategy.
  • Coordinate all immigration postings, tracking, and files involved with the immigration process.
  • Manage the annual H1B Cap Lottery process, including coordination with immigration vendors, HR colleagues, and employees.
  • Support the HR community with all phases of the Domestic Relocation process, including process and policy discussions with Mobility team members, human resources, and business leaders.
  • Act as the subject matter expert to Mobility COE, HRBPs, and Finance in the area of expense tracking and appropriate coding for domestic relocation invoices and immigration expenses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of US Immigration experience is required, with a preference for 5 years.
  • Experience with Canada Immigration programs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Workday and Equus' AssignmentPro is a plus.
  • Experience in immigration vendor coordination is required.
