Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and seat guests promptly upon arrival.
  • Prepare a variety of beverages, including specialty coffee drinks and cocktails.
  • Follow all alcohol service regulations, including ID verification.
  • Restock the bar with necessary supplies before and after shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness of glassware and bar equipment.
  • Assist with the preparation of drink mixes and other beverages.
  • Handle phone inquiries and direct questions to appropriate staff.
  • Support lodging reservations and guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage preparations meet quality and safety standards.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Must exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift is required.
  • Current SL County Alcohol certification and Food Handler's permit are necessary.
