About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales II to join our team at White Cap. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email.
- Provide product pricing and develop code directives to meet target margin goals.
- Prepare and submit proposals, as well as generate oral and written quotations.
- Procure and maintain inventory, ensuring proper inventory turns.
- Resolve customer service issues and track open sales orders.
- Perform follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred; specialized skills training/certification may be required.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Experience selling in an inside sales environment and/or demonstrated success working with customers.
