Demand Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Specialist to join our team at Flexible Lifeline Systems, Inc. This role will play a critical part in creating engaging multi-channel programs that generate leads, move prospects through the buyer's journey, and deepen our relationship with current CRM database members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of marketing initiatives, including inbound and outbound lead processing, targeted multi-channel campaigns, and lead nurturing programs.
- Develop compelling collateral, write emails, and create email templates for the Sales team to use in communicating with future customers.
- Research accounts to identify target contacts and compile profile information to prepare them for database import.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their targets and lead cross-functional strategic programs from top-of-funnel lead generation to strategic multichannel ABM campaigns.
- Vet contacts that come through inbound channels and pass qualified leads to the sales team with relevant background information.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, account-based marketing, lead nurturing, or related fields.
- High communication proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Experience with marketing automation or email software (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights preferred).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft products and internet-based software.
- Strong reporting skills.
