About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Specialist to join our team at Flexible Lifeline Systems, Inc. This role will play a critical part in creating engaging multi-channel programs that generate leads, move prospects through the buyer's journey, and deepen our relationship with current CRM database members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of marketing initiatives, including inbound and outbound lead processing, targeted multi-channel campaigns, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Develop compelling collateral, write emails, and create email templates for the Sales team to use in communicating with future customers.
  • Research accounts to identify target contacts and compile profile information to prepare them for database import.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their targets and lead cross-functional strategic programs from top-of-funnel lead generation to strategic multichannel ABM campaigns.
  • Vet contacts that come through inbound channels and pass qualified leads to the sales team with relevant background information.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, account-based marketing, lead nurturing, or related fields.
  • High communication proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Experience with marketing automation or email software (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft products and internet-based software.
  • Strong reporting skills.
  • Independent drive for results.
  • Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
  • Adaptability through periods of change and growth.
  • Ability to multitask based on prioritization and time sensitivity.
