RJY Group LLC is seeking a skilled Generator Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and modifying diesel electric generating equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts and components.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with diesel electric generating equipment, including generators, motors, and control systems.
  • Collaborate with our business development team to identify new generator opportunities and assess potential subcontractors.
  • Stay up-to-date with new generator requirements and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in generator maintenance and repair.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with units rated 1500 kws or higher.
  • 30-Hour OSHA Certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and work at heights.
