About the Role

Sysco is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Demand Forecasting Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Demand Planning and Forecasting team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Sysco's capabilities in demand planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and implement accurate forecasts for use in inventory replenishment for assigned segments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to synthesize customer inputs, translate to forecast implementation, and measure performance/outcome.
  • Implement continuous improvement of demand planning processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years demand planning or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning processes, statistical and forecasting methods, and supply chain management.
  • Strong mathematical and analytic skills with attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel.
