**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operator C to join our production team at ADM. As an Operator C, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting process equipment, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate and adjust process equipment as required to ensure efficient and safe production.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Maintain assigned area in regards to safety, environmental compliance, sanitation, and housekeeping.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding equipment operation, process changes, safety concerns, and product quality issues.
  • Meet Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, sit, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, and work in various conditions (hot, cold, etc.).
  • Work Rotating Shifts: Work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
