Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Listen to customer needs, define communication strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction
Be an active member of the team contributing ideas and insight to develop our products and practices to meet emerging customer needs
Understand and communicate complex technical concepts
Identify opportunities, develop plans, and contribute to revenue growth
Be the first point of contact for customers as they onboard and use our solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
Provide product demos and technical guidance
Track and report on key account metrics

Requirements

5+ years of successful experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
Proven track record of managing and growing multiple key accounts simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to client needs
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making and process improvement, while enhancing client outcomes
Ability to be highly responsive and adaptable to client needs, often working flexible hours to ensure timely support and issue resolution
