Senior Technical Account Manager

Miraterra is a cleantech company that uses novel sensor technology, machine learning, and computational chemistry to generate soil insight and give farmers and agronomists the power to improve their soil health through data-driven decisions.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to be the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving product adoption and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to customer needs, define communication strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Be an active member of the team contributing ideas and insight to develop our products and practices to meet emerging customer needs
- Understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Identify opportunities, develop plans, and contribute to revenue growth
- Be the first point of contact for customers as they onboard and use our solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Provide product demos and technical guidance
- Track and report on key account metrics
Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
- Proven track record of managing and growing multiple key accounts simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to client needs
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
