About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Aramark Uniform Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in your territory, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.
  • Customer Service and Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in your territory, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Skills: Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
