The Content Marketing Specialist will conceptualize, develop, and craft persuasive content that supports our consumer and business initiatives. Proficiency in engaging web and marketing writing, as well as editorial and journalistic storytelling, is essential. The ability to distill complex medical and scientific information into accessible written materials, including website content, blog posts, and both short- and long-form articles for varied audiences, is required.

This role involves collaboration with internal teams in Marketing and Communications, as well as external partners. You will work closely with colleagues to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and share responsibilities to produce a diverse array of content:

  • Research, develop, and write engaging content aimed at patients, healthcare professionals, and researchers to enhance patient engagement and staff recruitment.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers and art directors to create compelling, concept-driven work.
  • Translate intricate biomedical concepts into relatable narratives. Produce well-researched, impactful copy that informs and resonates.
  • Generate high-quality content that aligns with departmental and organizational goals, ensuring compliance with brand and editorial standards.
  • Foster positive and effective relationships with team members and colleagues across Marketing and Communications, as well as external collaborators. Maintain professionalism while interacting with patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Engage in a variety of projects that reflect a broad spectrum of industries and experiences.
  • Possess familiarity with content strategy and collaborate with strategists to leverage strategic initiatives.
