We are looking for a meticulous and systematic Commercial Operations Support Coordinator to become part of our team, assisting in essential commercial functions vital to our operations. The successful candidate will oversee customer interactions, facilitate opportunity development, collaborate with quote support for generating quotes, manage pre-order processes, and provide updates on orders. This position demands a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and teamwork with internal departments to guarantee efficient commercial operations. This role will be managed through a designated regional inbox.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Participate in consultative solution development and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation.
- Respond to various customer inquiries regarding lead times, pricing, availability without formal quotes, and documentation needs.
- Identify and validate Value Chain Players (VCPs) for new business opportunities, including determining appropriate pricing structures for both direct and indirect accounts.
- Collaborate with Quote support to create and distribute quotes using our Quotation application (SEA) under the bFO opportunity.
- Facilitate the submission of Quote Support Requests (QSRs) and ensure precise documentation and communication throughout the quoting process.
- Manage pricing discussions, negotiations, and customer communications to finalize quotes.
- Examine quotes and purchase orders to ensure consistency in line items, pricing, and Value Chain Players (VCPs).
- Work closely with project managers and the orders team to address hardware, software, and service requirements prior to finalizing orders.
- Partner with offer managers and the orders team to oversee product availability, expedite requests, and update orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial operations, sales support, or order processing roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales enablement tools, and order processing systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment.
