Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Support Technician to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our games, simulators, and technical equipment. You will also provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain games, simulators, and technical equipment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist guests with game-related issues, providing clear and concise instructions and support
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods
