Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

Bank of Hope is seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive relationship development plan to meet or exceed assigned deposit, loan, and fee income production goals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for loans, deposits, and other banking services, ensuring favorable pricing and fee structures for the bank.
  • Establish effective communication channels with underwriters, branch personnel, and other bank employees to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor loan relationships for compliance and communicate directly with customers to gather necessary information and documents.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury Services Team to ensure commercial customers' needs are properly matched with the appropriate depository, cash management, and investment needs.
  • Proactively update status of all business leads and deals on the bank's CRM system.
  • Participate in the bank's sales training program to continue developing sales and business development skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in banking, with a strong background in commercial lending and relationship management.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Detailed knowledge of banking regulations and laws, compliance documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to generate new business through a consultative sales approach and close sales without relying solely on interest rates.
  • Ability to analyze and organize financial information, perform complex financial calculations, and structure loans according to customer needs and bank underwriting guidelines.

  • A competitive salary range of $195,000.00 annually - $225,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
