Accounts Receivable Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. This contract-based position will involve working onsite in the Grand Rapids area, with standard business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collections.
  • Prepare monthly aging reports and reconcile accounts.
  • Utilize accounting software to track receivables and generate reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Compensation and Benefits:

$18.00 to $25.00 per hour. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
