Job Summary

The Church of God Home for Children is seeking a qualified and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team in Concord, North Carolina. As a Residential Care Worker, you will provide direct care and support to our residents, helping them to achieve their full potential.

About the Position:

  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to residents
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Encourage and support residents in their educational and personal goals

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work as a team member and accept supervision.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and extensive background checks.
  • Must be physically capable of performing all job duties.
  • Must be able to perform basic housekeeping duties and prepare meals.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills with a caring approach.
