About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a residential treatment facility for substance use disorders. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time or part-time position that offers a 37.5-hour work week to support a better work/life balance. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our clients.

  • You will monitor clients during breaks between groups and activities.
  • You will help clients adhere to their daily schedules.
  • You will assist with bringing clients into and out of the treatment program, ensuring rooms are clean and prepped and reviewing their belongings.

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a range of benefits, including:
