Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Weekend Support Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in a residential setting.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. We offer a competitive salary of $16.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

In this rewarding role, you will provide personal care and support to individuals with I/DD, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal planning, and leisure activities. You will also be responsible for documenting weekend activities and helping residents develop healthy social habits.
