Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Leader to join our team at RHF Management, Inc. as an Environmental Services Director. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Schedules: Create and manage facility maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize disruptions.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, including after-hours calls and notifications, to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and staff.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with residents, family members, staff, and community contacts through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to maintain a compliant and risk-free environment.
  • Project Management: Oversee project management, including the CME process, to ensure timely completion and within budget.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Experience in Facilities Management: 3+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, as well as communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
