Construction Project Manager

Charlotte Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage project teams, including purchasing, change orders, RFI's, plan updates, and document control.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (Procore, ProjectSight, BIM360).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
