Position Summary:
The Accessory Territory Sales Manager is tasked with promoting and selling General Motors Accessories within assigned dealership networks. This role offers a competitive compensation package that includes both a base salary and commission, along with allowances for a vehicle and mobile communication.

Company Mission:
Our goal is to deliver exceptional service to GM Dealers, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving profitability for dealerships in our regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate from a designated area, collaborating with dealership staff to educate and support the sales of GM Accessories.
  • Manage monthly sales targets aligned with dealership goals.
  • Achieve performance metrics by surpassing sales objectives and ensuring dealer engagement.
  • Advise dealership management on strategies to enhance sales processes and profitability.
  • Design tailored displays and promotional materials to boost GM Accessories sales.
  • Facilitate training sessions for dealership personnel on effective sales techniques for GM Accessories.
  • Provide local support for promotional events and dealership activities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly within dealership environments, is preferred.
  • Full-time presence in assigned territories is expected.
  • Proximity to the designated sales area is required.
  • A degree from a recognized institution or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Previous military experience is valued and acknowledged.
