The Acumatica ERP Specialist will report directly to the VP of ERP and will be tasked with overseeing the corporate Acumatica ERP platform, providing user support, managing our Acumatica helpdesk, and driving continuous enhancements to the ERP system. This position will also spearhead various customization, software development, and integration initiatives, focusing on designing and maintaining Acumatica custom solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement new Acumatica customizations and integrations tailored to our organizational requirements.
  • Diagnose and maintain existing customizations and integrations, ensuring their effectiveness and compatibility with system updates.
  • Effectively manage the company's Acumatica ERP platform, ensuring seamless operation and peak performance.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to Acumatica ERP users, promptly resolving issues and addressing concerns.
  • Conduct regular maintenance activities, including deployment of customizations, updates, upgrades, and performance enhancements.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding Acumatica-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing ERP solutions, with a solid grasp of ERP systems and processes.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Acumatica support, customization/programming, or functional/implementation consulting.
  • Proficient in C# and the .NET Framework.
  • Familiarity with T-SQL and experience working with Microsoft SQL relational databases.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team.
  • Willingness to occasionally work during weekends for scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
