Immediate Opening for a Payroll Specialist

 

Location: Miami - Coral Gables

Schedule: M-F; 10-6 (open to discussing 8:30-5:30 if needed), in office

 

Salary: $60-$70,000 (will review up to $75,000 depending on level of experience)

  • Multi-state Payroll
  • Paylocity highly needed (or any similar payroll software)

Requirements:

  • Multistate Payroll
  • Paylocity highly preferred (but open to other ERP)

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Submittal of Multi-state payroll
  • Review of time sheets accuracy and for garnishments etc.
  • Bi-weekly and if needed off cycle
  • Including any commissions and bonus
  • Reconciling of various benefits invoices and managing the 401k
  • Ensuring back up documentation is kept
  • Update elections and status changes for employees; and set up new staff
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Preparing various reports for management
  • Assist with process improvements and relating to software 


Multi-state Payroll

Paylocity highly needed or any ERP

Degree preferred but open to years of experience
