Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Banking Software

Join our team of innovators and advocates at PairSoft, a global leader in financial data automation technology. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the product management of innovative banking and cash management solutions on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a product roadmap aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Act as a product leader, maximizing return on investment by ensuring efficient allocation of resources to growth opportunities.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success in product in terms of market adoption, customer satisfaction, and financial returns.
  • Work closely with customers to collect their requirements on new development initiatives and communicate them to the product team.
  • Be a recognized expert and influencer in the banking and cash management domain.
  • Follow and influence developments of global standards, such as Swift and SEPA.
  • Support sales and professional services across the globe.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 7 years of experience in product management and experience in developing global software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of banking and cash management operations.
  • Be well connected and have a network of relationships with financial institutions.
  • Ability to manage complex, global software products from conception to launch in an ever-evolving organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with global SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Expert at MS Office Suite solutions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
