Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
  • Implement ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and Service Request Management.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve Discovery issues and ensure seamless integration with various infrastructure teams.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripting and custom patterns to automate business processes.
  • Participate in research, analysis, and development of new applications and modules in IT Service Management, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of overall ServiceNow experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and Service Request Management.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB data model and Discovery capabilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting and custom pattern development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
