Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect Location: Portland, OR (Onsite) Job Description: Candidate must have atleast 15 years of overall ServiceNow experience Hands-on design development and deployment experience with the Servicenow platform ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset Candidate must have 8 years of ServiceNow CMDB Discovery experience Good knowledge of CMDB data model well versed with ServiceNow scripting creation of custom patterns Experience in resolving Discovery issues coordinating with various infra teams Must have good communication skills Must have team handling experience Sound hands on experience and knowledge on ServiceNow integrations Should have good knowledge on Java script ITIL Participate in the research analysis and development of new applications and new modules in IT Service Management ITOM or other modules of servicenow ServiceNow ITOM Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management specific experience Participate in workshop and requirement gathering Follows Best practices in ServiceNow development activities coding Should be strong functional and technical with all core modules of ServiceNow IM MIM SLA PM CM Service Request catalog AD SSO Reporting KM CMDB Discovery Integrations Good communication skills Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”): Benefits and Perks: • Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision • Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage • 401(k) Plan with Company match • Life Insurance • Vacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays • Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
