Job Description:


Our client is a leading utility provider in the Pacific Northwest, dedicated to delivering reliable, affordable, and sustainableenergy solutions. They are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to join their Application Departmentteam.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with a small team to maintain and develop internal applications within the Application Department.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to support the development and administration of ServiceNowapplications.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them intotechnical specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners and stakeholders regarding technical requirements, especially inrelation to ServiceNow.
  • Assist with reviewing and making adjustments for new implementations within the ServiceNow platform.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Mid-level hands on experience with CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator or Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript with the ability to write and code effectively.
  • Hands-on experience and a solid understanding of Flow Designer within ServiceNow.
  • Broad knowledge and experience with internal applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAN, HRSD, and GRC.
