Job Description

This Behavioral Health Aide/Residential Care Coordinator position requires one year training or education in counseling, behavior health, and/or social services. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve dilemmas and crisis situations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Closely monitor resident behavior and document observations and problems.
  2. Monitor usage of resident medication.
  3. Evaluate and maintain safety and sanitary conditions in client apartments.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing housekeeping chores, laundry, meal prep, and cooking dinner for residents. A minimum requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
