Opportunity Details

Alaska Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Mental Health Services Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional behavioral healthcare services to veterans and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capacity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a supportive and flexible environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $56,104 to $72,607 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including two healthcare options, 401k with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, and 5 weeks of PTO for the first year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of case management programs for veterans and their families.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health services.
  • Maintain partnerships with local social service, public health, and VSO organizations and resources.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to perform risk management and crisis intervention services as necessary.
