Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace, promote, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of PCRK Group and Massage Envy.
  • Ensure optimal performance across all functional areas, focusing on key metrics such as Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements.
  • Oversee staffing levels in all departments to guarantee appropriate coverage for all roles.
  • Mentor, develop, and retrain team members who may be underperforming in sales and service standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all licensure, training, and documentation requirements as mandated by state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Engage in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls, as well as weekly Operations Director meetings.
  • Continuously enhance team skills in soft skills, business acumen, and performance metrics to promote professional growth.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer service challenges while identifying and addressing systemic improvement opportunities.
  • Champion and implement new products, services, and initiatives.
  • Manage payroll entry and inventory for the location.
  • Review payroll, inventory, and relevant reports to identify errors and opportunities for profitability improvement.
  • Conduct monthly Performance Coaching Plans and collaborate with the Operations Director to address performance issues and celebrate achievements.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
