The Sales Executive will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with retail partners. This role is crucial for driving the adoption of our leasing services among merchants, ensuring they understand the benefits and functionalities of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing retail partners to promote our leasing solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for merchant teams on utilizing our online portal effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to merchants regarding lease applications and marketing strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of retail accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or issues.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any challenges that arise during the sales process.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to influence and educate small groups effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are encouraged to apply.
