Inside Sales Team Director

This Business Development Manager position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at CoreSite, a leading provider of hybrid colocation solutions. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive sales growth. You will work closely with our sales operations team to ensure that all Inside Sales team members are equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, including B2B information technology, cybersecurity, data center, network, and/or cloud computing technologies and solutions. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong presentation skills. If you're a self-starter, highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and leadership, we encourage you to apply. Compensation for this role includes a base salary between $80,000 and $90,000 annually, with an estimated bonus potential of up to 20% based on individual and company performance.
