Inside Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our Inside Sales team at CoreSite. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of B2B IT and sales strategies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve individual and team sales quotas.
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies to drive sales growth, including cold calling, social media selling, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for specific audiences and industries.
- Work closely with regional sales vice presidents to identify new business opportunities.
- Fundamental knowledge of B2B IT, cybersecurity, data center, network, and/or cloud computing technologies and solutions.
- Background in sales or sales management, preferably with experience as an SDR.
- Knowledge of sales/marketing strategic planning, engagement, and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Must be highly computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Self-starter with high motivation, able to maintain organization, creativity, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation skills.
