As an Inside Sales Consultant at Evolve, you'll act as a consultant, providing detailed insights into the market, industry, and our services while paying close attention to homeowners' needs. You'll lead the owner through the sign-up process and prepare them for their Evolve partnership.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Qualifying a pipeline of marketing-generated leads to build a solid sales pipeline
* Guiding homeowners towards choosing Evolve for their rental management
* Handling objections and helping homeowners understand our value, services, and policies
* Managing sales activities within our CRM platform (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement Tool (Salesloft)
* Participating in regular training and skill sessions
* Collaborating closely with other peers to optimize sales strategies and elevate performance
* Staying current with industry trends, competition, and sales techniques to improve performance.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of inside sales experience
* Proven phone-based selling success is a plus
* Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and drive lead conversion
* Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
* Effective time management and priority determination skills
* Availability to work shifts that fall within 6am-7pm MST
