Position Overview: The Financial Services Associate is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service, accurately and efficiently managing banking activities and teller transactions for clients, and providing consultative guidance on all banking products and services. This role fosters a collaborative environment within the department and across the organization. The Associate represents INTRUST Bank in all community engagements and is dedicated to cultivating new business relationships. • Deliver a friendly, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional customer experience.

• Proactively identify the financial needs of clients and prospects, recommending suitable products and services.

• Open and manage customer accounts as necessary, maintaining proactive communication to meet all financial needs.

• Identify lending requirements and assist clients in completing loan applications, including gathering necessary documentation.

• Recognize needs-based opportunities for referrals across all areas of the organization to comprehensively address clients' financial needs.

• Utilize all available resources to ensure documentation is completed accurately on the first attempt and in compliance with policies and procedures.

• Adhere to bank operations and security protocols.

• Consistently exercise sound judgment to safeguard clients and INTRUST Bank; maintain the integrity of bank documents and client confidentiality.

• Accurately and efficiently process teller transactions in line with standard banking and teller policies and procedures, including timely scanning of work through branch capture.

• Fulfill any additional branch-specific responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred. 1-2 years of prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.

Essential Skills and Knowledge: Proven consultative and customer service abilities, effective communication, listening, and organizational skills. Proficiency in utilizing multiple Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools simultaneously is necessary.

Licenses and Certifications: Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Lending System or the ability to meet registration qualifications.

Physical Requirements: Extended periods may be spent using a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. is required, along with the ability to stoop and bend. The physical demands for this role should be met with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment: Standard office conditions.
