We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Support Staff member to join our team, offering full-time support in multiple areas, including customer service, social media management, and marketing assistance.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, triaging customer needs, providing administrative support, and assisting with digital marketing efforts such as social media management and search engine optimization (SEO).

This role is perfect for a candidate who is organized, tech-savvy, and looking to contribute to a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Gather essential details from customers to assist in scheduling services and provide information about our offerings
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company's CRM system
  • Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content
  • Assist in SEO efforts, including optimizing website content, tracking performance, and implementing strategies to improve online visibility
  • Support marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, blog writing, and content creation
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and engage with the online community
  • Provide general office administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and data entry
  • Assist the operations and sales teams with other tasks as needed to support business growth
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, and office management
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation for business purposes
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience with tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and CRM systems
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
