iWorQ Systems is a rapidly expanding software company with over 22 years of experience providing innovative solutions to cities and counties. We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team and help drive growth.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads, with a daily quota of 80 calls.
- Understand clients' needs and identify sales opportunities by asking and answering questions, sending additional information, and explaining the details of our services.
- Create and maintain current and potential clients in our CRM database, research and qualify new leads, and close sales to achieve targets.
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills, to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Set a minimum of 2 demonstrations per day to pass on to the sales team.
- CRM software experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Driven and eager to learn, with a desire to grow and get in on the ground floor of a start-up and new sales team.
- Ability to proactively engage new clients through email and phone.
- High sense of urgency and adaptability in every conversation.
- Skills to articulate the value of iWorQ Systems/Public Works software passionately and clearly.
- Team-player attitude with a desire to improve internal processes beyond day-to-day tasks.
