In this role, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive support and guidance to individuals facing mental health challenges. You will conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver a range of services designed to empower clients on their journey to recovery.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine needs and functional levels.
- Develop and implement individualized case management plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
- Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
- Collaborate with community agencies and resources to ensure clients receive holistic support.
- Screen clients for program eligibility and conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with established protocols.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work) plus two years of experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Experience providing individual, group, and family counseling or equivalent therapeutic interventions.
- Current CADC licensure or the commitment to obtain it within 36 months of employment.
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and laws governing mental health services, ethics, confidentiality, and privacy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
