We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $3,864 - $6,072 per month.

As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the university, including coordinating student professionals on-boarding process, maintaining records of student positions filled, ensuring required paperwork is completed, tracking Public Safety work requests, creating and maintaining travel claims/reports, and completing monthly live scan billing.

You will also be responsible for assisting with the tracking and assigning of overtime, ensuring time is entered in accordance with department policy and collective bargaining agreements, calculating and entering shift differential hours, and maintaining record keeping systems in accordance with legal requirements and departmental policy.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have three years of general office experience in a professional environment, with the demonstrated capability to interact with all levels of personnel. You must also have thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, office systems and equipment, and Windows applications, including proficiency in using Word, Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, and Outlook.

In addition, you will need to have working knowledge of budget policies and procedures, basic methods and procedures for research and statistical analysis, and the ability to apply them. You must also be able to learn, interpret, and apply a wide variety of policies and procedures relating to and impacting the applicable program, organization unit, and/or administrative specialty.

As a Support Services Coordinator at the California State University, you will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural/multiethnic environment and will be expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, work efficiently, independently, and in a team environment, coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
